His career in the luxury sector began in 1998 with the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company in Laguna Beach, where he managed hotel communications. In 2002, he was hired to help launch the now-iconic Jimmy Choo brand, working alongside its founders in sales and marketing. With expertise that extends beyond traditional real estate sales, Chris holds an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business, a top 10 globally ranked program, combining his business acumen with a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market.
Chris comes from a family with a background in global real estate development. His grandfather developed commercial and residential projects across the Caribbean, North America, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Continuing this legacy, his family has focused on multifamily properties in California and Miami, developing over 500 residences. Chris has played a role in these efforts, providing business development for projects like Arte, a 182-unit upscale property in Southern California. Within the real estate sector, Chris has contributed to significant ventures. At American Financial, he helped expand the national real estate banking franchise to over 1,000 employees and 250 offices, generating $5 billion in annual revenue. As Executive Vice President of Business Development for one of California's largest builders, SWS, he oversaw the development of luxury hotels and multifamily residences. Their notable projects include The Ritz-Carlton in Downtown Los Angeles, The W Hollywood, The Beaudry, 8th & Grand Los Angeles, Shoreline Gateway Tower in Long Beach, and The Metropolis in Downtown LA. Leveraging his extensive network and expertise in luxury real estate, Chris is uniquely positioned to assist buyers and sellers in Southern California’s competitive market. A Southern California native, Chris has pursued a passion for film production since the age of 12. His projects, separate from his professional career, have contributed over $15 million to women’s and children’s charitable causes. Some award-winning works have been acquired by Netflix and showcased before the U.S. Congress, the United Nations, and parliaments worldwide, embraced by legislators as educational tools for legal reform. Currently, he is consulting on a climate change documentary led by Oscar-winning director Malcolm Clarke, supported by the Principality of Monaco, global A-list talent, and the World Bank. This reflects his personal commitment to innovation, sustainability, and modern construction practices—principles that align with trends in today’s real estate market. Whether buying, selling, or building, Chris’s dedication to excellence and results-driven approach ensures every client’s success. His global perspective, deep industry knowledge, and track record of working with top developers and high-net-worth individuals make him the ideal choice for luxury real estate representation.
